Recruitment process

We want to hire the best-suited employees for the vacancy and this is reflected in our recruitment process.
The process begins when you send us your application.  It is important that we have an opportunity to assess your application thoroughly but we try to reply to all applications within a few days.
 
Obviously it is important to us to find the best possible match between candidate and position so during interviews we will conduct a thorough assessment of your professional and personal qualifications.  We will also pass on information about us, our values, mission and policies, so you can determine whether Faerch would be the right workplace for you.
 
You will also be asked to complete a personality test between the first and second interviews on which you will receive feedback during the second interview. The test tool is a good starting point for dialogue and help match candidate to position.  References are applied for whenever possible.
 
When we have filled the vacancy, we promptly notify all other applicants.
 
As a new employee, you will participate in thorough induction training.
 
This quickly provides you with insight and understanding of  different areas and functions, and immediately makes you part of the Faerch team.
