Your journey from application to offer
We want you to feel well informed throughout the process. Below you can see the typical steps in our recruitment process. Depending on the role, we may adjust the process slightly (for example by adding an assessment or case). We will always let you know what to expect and when.

Application
Submit your application via our job portal. We will confirm that we have received it.

Pre-screen & selection
We review applications and invite selected candidates to a first-round interview.

First round interview
We meet to learn more about each other, and you can learn more about the role, the team and Faerch.

Second round interview
Selected candidates are invited for a more in-depth interview, which may include an assessment and references.

Job offer
If there is a match, we make an offer and agree the next steps.

Induction & onboarding
Once the contract is signed, your onboarding and integration into the team begins.
