Getting support

Product Search receives data/content from several department within the group. To ease the support process please direct your question/problem to the correct department.

If asked for a password then use: faerch

On of main reasons - and the most simple one - is that your search is not including restricted or inactive products. Remember that 'restrictions' or 'inactive' does not equal that the product can not be produced/sold. Please contact internal Sales for advice.
