In April 2015, Faerch bolstered its position in the UK market with the acquisition of Anson Packaging. In November of that same year, Faerch continued its expansion in the European market with the acquisition of Sealed Air’s Food Tray Business units in England and Spain. The two acquisitions have doubled Faerch’s volume, and the integration of the factories in Poole and Buñol is well underway.

Sealed Air is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of plastic packaging for foods, particularly in the area of skin packaging, where the company is a market leader. The Spanish acquisition strengthens Faerch’s product range, and geographic reach.
